Job Title Premium Account Executive (Spanish) Job Description Role Responsibilities: Providing excellent services to 'red' clients via phone, email, webchat and face to face. The high standard will be judged by the quality of the client satisfaction, the speed of answer, abandoned rate and call monitoring (tone of voice, knowledge, communication skills, warmth and engagement) Record all client communications on SalesForce Create opportunities for our Red clients to interact with IG's PCMs and our leaders/experts and participating and/or organising client meetings and events. Identify and introduce commercial opportunities to existing clients Increase the value of the existing client base and maximize the client reactivations. Meet departmental and personal KPI's Be an IG values champion Person Specification: Ability / Expertise Essential Fluency in team language Excellent communication and interpersonal skills (the key is to be able to empathise with our clients) Analytical and logical approach to problem solving Strong time management and organisational skills Knowledgeable about financial markets, financial products and client services. Desirable Selling and commercial skills Qualifications Essential A degree level education Desirable Having been in Trading Services for 18 months Previous customer service or client management experience Personal Attributes The successful candidate will show a keenness to learn and work outside their comfort zone.
