Client Documentation Specialist
Overview of Key Duties: As a member of the Client Documentation team, ensure that accurate account opening documentation is in place prior to set up, and assist with input of client data and investment restrictions. Liaise with the Front Office to obtain requisite client agreements, identity documentation, tax documentation and KYC and provide guidance on this or other client documentation requirements Check new client documentation from an anti-money-laundering perspective Oversee and assist with input and maintenance of client static data in relevant systems and of suitable client records, including investment restrictions and tax status or reporting requirements Co-ordinate client static data requests and issues with the Zurich Client Documentation Team and Front Office Check and input new Nominated Bank Accounts for new and existing clients Participate in any projects and relevant business initiatives Experience Relevant experience in a similar position within a Wealth Management or equivalent environment. Can demonstrate working to deadlines and multi tasking, whilst delivering a high quality of work. Essential Skills High level of accuracy and a meticulous attention to detail, coupled with the ability to work well under pressure Strong organisational skills. Strong communicator both orally and written. A self-starter , quick learner, who can demonstrate high levels of initiative, a flexible approach and the ability to adapt to change. Proven problem solving ability within a wealth management environment. Team player with the ability to build and maintain good relationships both internally and externally. Forward thinking, constructive and enthusiastic approach to work. Ability to work with minimal supervision, meeting deadlines in a high volume environment. Computer literate with a good knowledge of MS Office.
