The Business Join us in London as a Digital Strategist Take on this critical, high profile role in our Digital Strategy function It's an opportunity to reshape how Coutts clients experience the overall Digital proposition and impact the overall strategy of Coutts It's a chance to have real influence over the Digital strategy and see tangible results What you'll do You'll be developing the digital strategy for a key business area of Personal Banking, ensuring alignment with the other digital strategy owners, and ensuring the digital strategy delivers on the best possible client experience. You'll also be: Driving towards the KPIs defined across the channel strategy Leading workshops to drive towards the core DDX approach, often aligning disparate requirements into a single cohesive client experience Ensuring cost efficiency in delivery, leveraging existing solutions where possible Acting as "front of house" for DDX and be the core representative for a set of key client journeys acting as project sponsor for any digitally focussed project in a particular business area The skills you'll need You'll need senior and executive stakeholder influencing and management skills, with strong ability to influence disparate key stakeholders across strategic, operational and delivery functions. You'll need intricate knowledge of user experience approaches, with hands on experience making up a significant portion of previous roles. You'll also need: An understanding of various vendor and custom approaches to digital implementation, as well as their impacts on the final client experience The ability to communicate UX and digital topics to stakeholders with little subject matter knowledge An understanding of how to define and then deliver in a KPI driven environment An understanding of digital marketing approaches such as CRM and Funnel management The ability to manage SMEs from other delivery areas to achieve target state How we'll reward you You'll start on a competitive salary package from £74,448 to £93,060 depending on experience, and you'll also join our retirement saving plan.
