Accounts Assistant - Fixed Term Contract
Our client based in Mansfield is looking to recruit an Accounts Assistant on a 9 - 12-month Fixed Term Contract. Working in a friendly environment and reporting into the Finance Manager you will be responsible for processing purchase invoices, inputting payroll and chasing outstanding debt.
Your main duties will include:
- Processing a high volume of invoices
- Nominal coding
- Chasing credit notes
- Chasing outstanding debt
- Ensuring spreadsheets are kept up to date
- Ensuring timesheets are all entered correctly and signed off by managers
- Any other adhoc duties
