We are currently recruiting for a Accounts Administrator for our client based in Windsor.

Rate of pay: £15-18.00 per hour dependant on experience - this will be discussed at interview stage.

Length of contract: 6 months

37 hours per week

About the role:

Identifying customer from the cheques received into Windsor and forward to the correct BU where a cheque belongs to a different billing system

Where no reference provided, a search to be performed on billing system and reference clearly written on the reverse of the cheque.

Invalid cheques i.e. incorrect payee, unsigned, post-dated cheques to be sent back to the customer with a covering letter or customer bank if unable to identify.

Excel spreadsheet template to be completed of the cheque and remittance details to upload into the SAP billing system.

Cheques to be scanned into the scanner to capture the cheque image.

End of day tasks - Cheque volume and value to be recorded

Individual must be well organised and be able to prioritise under pressure, especially at month end.

Attention to detail is a must to ensure processing balances with the bank.
