A Trainee Sales Executive / Entry Level Recruitment Sales Exec is needed to join the Guru Sales / Sales Research team. At Guru we offer a B2B advertising solutions which help companies, large and small, hire directly with the UK's largest recruitment advertising Network.
Founded in 2002, Guru uses the latest online recruitment methods to get vacancies noticed. With clients that include: Red Bull Racing, QVC, English Heritage and Pandora (to name just a few), we help them reach the best talent through our expert understanding of job boards, CV databases, community targeting and social networks. Due to ongoing expansion we are now seeking ambitious Sales Executives to learn from the ground up within an entry-level role.
Reporting into the Sales Director the Trainee Sales Executive / Entry Level Recruitment Sales Exec will embark on their Guru career by building a complete and thorough understanding of lead generation and sales research from the ground up. Expect to spend the first 6-12 months supporting the sales team, researching companies, collecting leads and updating the CRM (MS Dynamics 365). In short, it will be your input that generates first rate opportunities for the experienced sales team.
In time, as you develop your skills and awareness you'll move into a Sales role with increased career and renumeration opportunities.
To qualify... You should be an ambitious individual looking to build a career and progress into a sales role. Aptitude is more important than experience, however you must be able to demonstrate:
- A high level of accuracy - excellent attention to detail is required here;
- The ability to use the internet as a research tool;
- A savviness towards tech (Word, Outlook, CRM Systems etc.);
- The ability to work off your own initiative and the desire to contribute ideas;
- Ambition and graft – you must possess the desire to progress into (and succeed within) a sales role;
- A great attitude.
