A rare and exciting opportunity has arisen within the Twilight Team for the Central Overnight Responsive Services.

We are looking for a Band 5 registered nurse to join our friendly, dynamic and proactive team working 15 hours a week contractually as well as the opportunity to do bank shifts.

The successful applicant will be required to work from 18:00 - 23:00 hours ( 3 evenings a week ) across a 7 day period on a rota system. The post is base at Crawley Hospital.

The Twilight team are a responsive service that predominantly respond to urgent nursing needs and admission avoidance referrals. We also provide short term rehabilitation to patients following a stay in hospital where required in the evenings.

The successful applicant must have their own car and have a full UK driving license.
