Main Responsibilities

  • Providing strong levels of customer service
  • Visiting customers discussing their claims
  • Writing reports on claims upon post visit
  • To Liaise with the team to enable objectives of each visit

Essential Requirements

  • Strong experience in handling commercial property claims
  • Experience in handling High net worth domestic & business Interruption claims
  • Must have exemplary communication skills (face to face, written and verbal)
  • Valid UK driving license

Desirable Requirements

  • ACII or CILA qualification or progression towards, preferred
  • Candidates with a degree would be desirable but not essential
