Purchase Ledger Assistant
O/S of Lincoln

We are seeking a Purchase ledger Assistant to join a small busy team, processing supplier invoices you will report into the Accounts Payable Manager.

Duties include;

·Processing supplier invoices and managing VAT and CIS deductions

·Code and input all cleared invoices onto the accounts payable system

·Manage any accounts queries and assist with the preparation and processing of electronic payments

·Setting up new supplier accounts and reconciling supplier statements.

In order to be considered candidates should have;

·AAT qualification (preferred but not essential)

·Previous experience of working in a finance department

·Intermediate IT skills including Word and Excel

·Strong data entry skills with a high level of accuracy
