The requirement is for a Senior Student Recruitment & Support Advisor starting Monday 13th May until 31st July 2019. The role is full time, paying £11.78ph.

The role will require working hours of 9.30am to 6pm Monday to Friday and 9 am to 5 pm on Saturdays, (with 1 late night in 7 weeks and 1 Saturday in 6 weeks with a day off in the week).

The role holder will work within the Student Recruitment and Support Centres (SRSCs), and will help students and prospective students make study choices that will lead to successful progression, qualification completion and customer satisfaction.

To provide complex and/or curriculum related advice to support students and potential students in registration and study with The Open University.

Through both proactive and reactive calls contact via a number of channels including inbound and outbound phone calls, emails, letters, online webchat, online forums and face to face.

To make use of computerised database systems to maintain customer, company and enquirer details.
