We are seeking a Senior Visitor & Buyer Acquisition Manager which will join an ambitious and creative marketing team where you will be responsible for all visitor related strategy, from registration, to marketing communication and from partnerships to key buyer acquisition. Senior Visitor & Buyer Acquisition Manager
£50,000 - £55,000 + 10% Bonus + Incredible Benefits and Rewards scheme
Central LondonThis incredible role will offer you the opportunity to

- Work with an international client base from leading global brands across the sector, including Microsoft, Adobe, Lenovo, Google and others.
- Develop and implement a three-year visitor acquisition strategy for the exhibition
- Build and nurture key relationships at every level across the sector to transform the show’s visitor base.
- Take full ownership of all deliverables.
- Engage with the exhibitions teams and shows worldwide: UK, Brazil, KL, Mexico, Abu Dhabi.

This role will create the visitor & buyer acquisition strategy for this incredibly successful market leading show, through strategic marketing plans for each audience type, oversee the execution of all visitor and buyer marketing campaigns and deliver growth in attendance, quality and engagement of the show’s audiences.Key Responsibilities

- Create deep insight of the visitors & buyers worldwide
- Work with Group Head to implement best practice
- Create the global visitor and buyer strategic marketing plans
- Oversee a campaign team who deliver strategic marketing objectives
- Work with Digital teams to ensure information flow and systems are world class
- Work within the show’s marketing team within the Group Marketing structure to deliver a cohesive visitor acquisition strategy
- Work with the Portfolio Director, Event Directors, Head of Content and Marketing Director to agree the key VIP markets
- Build a relationship with key buyers to understand their knowledge needs and business issues, using this intelligence to help develop a VIP programme proposition
- Work closely with all internal stakeholders (sales, marketing, operations) to share intelligence gained from visitors to help the growth of the existing events portfolio

Person Specification

- Experience of working in a B2B events environment with proven track record in meeting KPIs and consistently achieving targets.
- Experience of working with and building long-term relationships with global clients across different industries and levels of seniority
- Knowledge and experience of researching and identifying leads to target
- Experience of creating clear value propositions and pitches to engage with senior industry leaders (in person and remotely)
- Adequate understanding of registration systems
- Value Proposition: use deep visitor insight to be able to attract the right audience
- Market Research: Identify, target the visitor audience with a very clear value proposition
- Deadline focused: Proven track record in setting and hitting targets and KPIs with weekly reporting on performance updates
- Relationship Building: the ability to build high level, deep relationships with senior influencers and key buyers – both in person and remotely
- Internal stakeholder management and engagement: work with the internal teams and functions (sales, marketing, content, operations) to ensure the promotion and delivery of the programme
