Maintaining and updating the CRM system with new contacts as well as updating
old contact's details.
Ensure all cash allowance vehicles are checked regularly and issue the forms to HR
Log all department intangibles on a monthly basis for submission to accounts.
Update content as and when required for events and challenges on the website,
reviewing to ensure dates and content for our department are always current.
Responsibility for a number of departmental volunteers and development of
volunteers, including their feedback forms, supervisions and creating regular tasks in
line with departmental objectives.
Support the Event Team in the delivery of all national Events, taking on areas of
responsibility on the day, this could be volunteer management, guest list
management, auction management or artist/supplier liaison.
Managing guest spread sheets and ensuring all activity and post event activity is
logged on CRM system.
General research for events. Research contacts for specific events to sponsor, attend
or work with, plus HNW individuals, luxury brands and COTY relationships.
Calls to supporters and following up with fundraisers to ensure they remain
motivated and on target, to ensure they have the resources they need and send out
Engage in outbound sales to support events as required.
Management of the team's resources, such as collection tins (sending out, following
up, and changing tins from fundraisers.)
Stock checks of prizes, donated goods, store cupboards and charity clothing.
Ensure all department activity is delivered in line with the ISO9001 process.
Collate hard copies of all collateral for presentation at management meetings.
Support the management of departmental debtors and managing team to chase up
Manage stock (merchandise and prizes) held by the EVM department and ensure
everything is logged, regularly checked and signed out and cross charged where
Be in the detail with auction prize spreadsheet to ensure donors / supporters are in
contact, that deadlines are not missed and provide good customer service to both.
Ensure that new asks are made to prize donors to keep a good supply of prizes for
Ensure absences are monitored and communicated to HR.
Organising monthly staff meetings, executing minutes and chasing and completing
Management of closing events with thank yous, feedback forms and chasing any
final payments, as well as ensuring CRM is fully updated.
To take the lead on partnership events, fund raising activities, small events or third
party events where required and with the support of the team.
To support the team in achieving fund raising income targets through events and
challenges and supporting fundraisers on third party events.
To contribute positively to the team in order to achieve over £2m gross profit
