A fast-growing international engineering company with a reputation for innovative design solutions seeks a passionate and dedicated Marketing Manager to join and manage their fast expanding Marketing Team, based at their London, Oval offices. To be considered, you must have previous and relevant experience within an industry selling technical product based solutions to a B2B audience, as you'll be hitting the ground running with this role.

This is a hands on strategic role where you will be focused on developing and leading a content marketing strategy. Through exclusively digital channels, you'll be raising the profile of the business; a large part of the role will be to create industry leading digital marketing content as a platform for delivering key marketing and sales messages, generating 'enquiry abundance' and ensuring consistent new business.

A passion and understanding for Digital Marketing is key, as you will need to deliver clear messaging of the company's capabilities. You will also to target the messaging via online advertising and SEO, to attract new growth opportunities. Working closely with the Directors and external Consultants, responsibilities will include direct management of an in-house marketing team, furthering the brand identity and visual appearance of the business, generating written and visual marketing collateral, and overseeing website and social media developments.

If you have a strong background in technical marketing, project management and team leadership in growing enterprises, then this is a perfect role for you. Successful candidates must be enthusiastic, knowledgeable and effective communicators, liaising with stakeholders of all levels. It is imperative that you already possess an understanding and confidence in conveying technical engineering concepts.

Required Criteria

  • Business or Engineering Degree with 3-5 years of technical product marketing experience
  • Minimum of 3 years experience in a Head of Marketing / Managerial role
  • Commercially aware and analytical with a strong business understanding
  • Capacity to work autonomously with cross-functional teams.
