Reporting to the Head of Product Marketing, you will work with the Product Marketing team to successfully plan and deliver content plans for all clothing collections, by channel, in line with brand values & the seasonal content strategy. You will be responsible for bringing product stories to life across all channels. The role will require you to work closely with counterparts in our Design, Buying, Customer Experience, Creative, Multi-Channel Retail and Merchandising teams to shape the development of products and take them to market.

IDEAL CANDIDATE/REQUIRED SKILLS
  • A Relevant degree in Marketing, Media or Fashion and Business
  • Proven experience in a marketing environment
  • Competent in Microsoft Office, Excel and Powerpoint
  • Leadership experience, including inspiring, coaching and motivating others to achieve objectives
  • The ability to work on multiple projects to deliver work to a high standard within budgets and deadlines
  • Dynamic and creative with a can-do attitude and a strong interest in fashion/creative media
  • Experience in producing reports and delivering insights and feedback to the business
  • Strong influencing skills up to senior level
THE ROLE – KEY RESPONSIBILITIES
  • Work closely with Head of Product Marketing, Product Marketing Manager Outerwear Accessories and Footwear, Head of Communications and the Social Media Manager to develop and implement the seasonal content strategy for all womenswear and swimwear collections
  • Contribute to and assist in implementing innovative product campaigns, ensuring cohesion and alignment across all channels. This will include origination of stories that engages our customers, builds our reputation as a market leader and creates authority in our product categories
  • Identify opportunities to optimise and enhance our seasonal marketing plan
  • Define & maintain clear messaging hierarchy across all campaigns maintaining brand look & feel and tone of voice in all copy
  • Produce clear and concise content briefs to graphics team for all channels
  • Responsibility for managing the Product Marketing Co-Ordinator (Womenwear) and forming strong relationships with the Product Marketing Manager and Coordinator for Outerwear, Footwear, Accessories & Gifting
  • Work closely with channel teams to blend creative, product, customer insight and trading expertise
  • Work closely within channel teams to develop detailed process maps and critical paths, ensuring alignment across channels and teams
  • Responsible for acting as the main link between the product team, the channel teams and MCR and Retail Marketing
  • Deliver the seasonal and product handover presentation for womenswear and Swimwear to wider marketing team
  • Assist the copywriter with the management of all product descriptions - making sure they are unique and optimised for each channel with persuasive copy that taps in to our customers’ mind-set, in line with our brand values
  • Oversee all aspects of proof reading and the maintenance of information accuracy and consistency across brochures, websites, literature, lists and point of sale etc
  • Contribute to brand tone training within the business, including customer services
  • Work closely with Creative team to produce best in class video content/language/scripts for all womenswear products and categories
  • Build relationships with brand partners to generate new and exciting content, to ensure the business leads the way in being connected to the community, people and events
  • Responsible for the launch of new products within each market/sector by providing relevant brand/product content
