About the Company: We are actively recruiting for our client based in Newark.

Job overview: Our client is looking for an Accounts Administrator to ensure smooth and efficient processing of the company's accounts information.

Daily tasks will include:

  • Ensure that the company's financial systems are always up to date
  • Ensure prompt supplier payments and customer receipts
  • Processing purchase invoices
  • Maintaining and reconciling bank accounts
  • Maintain and reconcile general ledger accounts

About you: You must be at least or working towards being AAT Level 2 qualified and have experience in a similar role. You must be able to communicate at all levels throughout the business. You will have a friendly and confident telephone manner with the ability to work on your own initiative whilst also being able to work efficiently as part of a team. Strong IT skills and a good knowledge of MS Office is essential.

What's in it for you? This role is being offered on a full time permanent basis with a salary of £18,000. There is free car parking and kitchen facilities on site.
