Senior Corporate Institutional Sales Manager
Position Description Overview
Senior Corporate Institutional Sales Manager - working in partnership with key First Data Teams to ensure revenue targets are achieved through prospecting, developing proposals and successfully winning profitable new business.
The newly formed Corporate Institutional Clients function offers the successful candidate an opportunity to be part of the next chapter in First Data’s continued growth of the CIC Global strategy in EMEA
About the Role:
We are currently hiring for a senior, consultative sales person with experience in the Corporate / Institutional clients to drive and continue success predominantly in the UK and potentially EU Complex Markets. The role will have a work from home set up.
You will be required to but not limited:
·Leveraging the global First Data brand, footprint, capability and product suite to extend client penetration to new & existing targeted or strategic markets, expand and cross sell for greater client share of wallet and to support the overarching CIC strategy to retain / grow the clients we support currently.
·Utilise various proactive methods to more effectively 'open doors’ and ensure the business is best placed to respond to RFPs or new business opportunities
·Establish, build and drive a clear well thought out target list based on strategy, target sectors, product capability and global CIC strategy
·Be proactive and innovative in prospecting and forming key relationships through existing contacts, network, seminars, conferences, sector specific events, new product launches, structured corporate entertainment, LinkedIn etc.
·Selling compelling solutions that drive client value and collaborate globally & cross-functionally to best serve our clients and partners.

·3+ years’ experience of selling merchant acquiring, payment acceptance and associated solutions in a customer facing role or environment
·Proven ability and demonstrable success self-sourcing new business opportunities with experience of the full sales life cycle
·Track record of achieving success against financial targets
·High levels of influencing capability and personal credibility within C suite, Business Managers and Leaders
·Good understanding of the UK payments eco system and landscape
·Ability to balance client, commercial and regulatory requirements
·Articulate, confident and tenacious, with the credibility and gravitas to build relationships with partners, colleagues and executives at all business levels
·Personable and approachable with an enthusiastic positive 'can-do’ attitude along with passion for sales and service excellence
·Small amount of EU Travel will be expected
