My client, a global consumer brand based near Wrexham is recruiting a Web Administrator to join their marketing team.

This role involves working as part of the Marketing team to support the implementation of the online marketing strategy.

Key Responsibilities:

Implementing the Online Marketing Plan – working with the rest of the web team and 3rd party suppliers

Reporting on website performance and sales

Analysing web data and identifying trends

Responsible for uploading and maintaining product database on company websites

Managing app content and feedback

Providing app reporting

Research into future developments to consider trends

Ability to work across all brand sites when required

Selecting items for promotion, setting up promotional campaigns and order forms - working with Marketing Team Leader and / or Supply Chain team in order to do so

Updating web pages ad hoc e.g. news, FAQs, events etc.

Gathering/proofing marketing collateral as required

Assisting the rest of the marketing team when required during busy periods

Willing to check on sales order processing periodically from home during busy sale periods

Copy writing for email newsletters and various web pages plus proof-reading

Assisting with updating of social networking sites if / when required

Cover & maintenance of company websites as and when required

Key Requirements:

Bright recent graduate / equivalent experience

Strong IT literacy, Word, Excel and PowerPoint skills

Excellent communication and presentation skills

Good organisation and prioritisation skills

Excellent attention to detail

Self-motivated, eager to develop, team-player

Some interest in or basic knowledge of html / website maintenance is a distinct advantage, however aptitude to learn would also be acceptable


Salary up to £23k + bonus

Holiday: 22 Days plus bank holidays

Working hours: 8:30am – 5.00pm
