A renowned top tier full service national practice is keen to appoint a Post- Completions Executive to the firms highly regarded Real Estate Team and be based at the firms' dynamic and modern offices in Birmingham city centre.

The Real Estate Team is held in exceptionally high regard and is one of the largest specialist practices in the UK. It has a broad, high calibre client base which comprises developers, corporate entities, investors and other financial institutions and the team here act on some of the most forward thinking and ground-breaking development projects around. The team is now looking to speak with someone who has a minimum of 12 months' experience of dealing with post-completions work pertaining to commercial property matters. You will join a team of experienced development practitioners who deal with a variety of real estate projects and you will be predominantly tasked with undertaking the completion of SDLT and Land Registry applications. In addition, there will be opportunities to become involved in a broader mix of real estate matters and enhance your professional development.
