Nigel Wright are delighted to be recruiting a Purchase Ledger Assistant for our client in Peterlee. The role will be to support the finance team for a 10 month contract.

The duties and responsibilities will include:

  • High volume invoice processing
  • Match, batch and coding the invoices
  • Running daily GI reports
  • Preparing monthly and weekly payment runs
  • Reconciling monthly supplier statements
  • Processing supplier claim and ledger adjustments

As the ideal candidate, you will be:

  • Previous purchase ledger experience
  • Able to work in a fast paced, high volume environment
  • Be available on a short time turn around to commence this contract
  • Be able to commit to the 10 month duration
  • Available to work full time hours Monday - Friday
