Accounts and Admin Assistant
Tolman Motorsport are looking for a new professional, organised and pro-active member of our expanding team.
Tolman Motorsport is a fast-growing business comprised of a professional race team and classic car and race restoration services. The continued success of Tolman Motorsport necessitates an enthusiastic accounts and administration assistant.
The successful candidate will work directly with our financial controller to assist in the day to day management of the company accounts including; Sage purchase ledger, invoicing, liaising with suppliers, race team administration, and general office tasks.
This exciting opportunity is full time and based at our premises close to the villages of Long Itchington and Marton in the Warwickshire countryside.
Tolman Motorsport are proactive in developing employees so we offer scope for promotion and training in line with the growth and needs of the business.
8 GCSE’s grades A*-C including English and maths, or, time served experience in an office based role.
High level of computer literacy including; Microsoft Office - Word, Excel, Outlook; general web-based applications and systems.
Proactive, flexible and enthusiastic work ethic with a "can do" attitude.
Good communication skills both internally and with suppliers and clients.
Efficient, organised and methodical working methods.
Good time management to ensure deadlines are met.
An interest in the automotive or motorsport world.
Full UK Driving Licence.
Experience with Sage accounting software is preferred, but not essential as training will be provided.
