Desktop Support engineer

An exciting opportunity has arisen for a Desktop Support engineer to join fast expanding, dynamic organisation based at their prestigious offices in Chippenham.

As a Desktop Support engineer you will have :

Exceptional customer service skills * Methodical approach to problem-solving * Windows Server 2008 R2, 2012 & 2016 * Active Directory, Group Policy, DNS, DHCP * IT Security * Microsoft Exchange, Office 365 & Azure * Managing networking devices, switches, routers etc * Technical backup and disaster recovery

Desirable Skills * TCP/IP, networking, VLANs, * Experience working within an ITIL framework * VMware / Microsoft certifications * Penetration Testing / Vulnerability Scanning *
Microsoft SQL * EMC, DELL, HP SAN technologies

You will be responsible for remote support and attending site visits office 365, hardware, networking etc.
