3rd Line Support Engineer - Ipswich - £30,000 to £40,000 - Ref: J2380
Due to expansion we have an opportunity for a 3rd Line Support Engineer to join a well-established and growing IT Support Services business in Ipswich. Working within a team, you will be responsible for supporting a number of clients across the East Anglia region both remotely and onsite.
We are looking for someone who has previous experience in a similar role, where you were responsible for supporting (and ideally designing) multiple client’s networks and infrastructure.
Although this is a 3rd line role. We are looking for someone who likes working in a small team and is equally happy being hands with both trivial and complex tasks. For example, one minute you will be building a new server and the next you might be helping out on the service desk to cover overflow calls.
The ideal candidate will have a broad technical skill set covering most (if not all) of the following: Desktop, Server, Active Directory, Exchange, Office 365, Cloud Infrastructure, Azure, Hyper-V, SQL Server, SAN Storage and Networking (Switches, routers, VLANs etc).
