Payroll Manager with Bureau experience to join busy / professional business in Warrington

About the job
You will be a hands on manager and experienced in all aspects of payroll and bureau / umbrella. You will have excellent communication skills and be able to liaise at all levels. This is an interesting and varied opportunity with great future prospects to grow and develop the team.

About the ideal candidate
You will have previous payroll experience and some or all of this will be within a bureau or chartered accountant environment. You might not be a manager currently, but you will be ready for this move and be able to demonstrate leadership and motivational competencies. You will be passionate about payroll and have a strong work ethic. You will be supportive in nature and lead by example.

Salary Range & Benefits
The salary is very competitive paying £30,000 - £40,000. The company also offers additional benefits including increasing holiday allowance, private healthcare, onsite parking and company pension.
