Accounts Admin Assistant
A fantastic opportunity has arisen for a full-time accounts & administration assistant to work for a busy company at our Clients head office in Chessington, Surrey.
- Answering incoming calls,
- Dealing with company emails
- Distributing post
- Booking events
- Fleet management
- Issuing contracts
- Responsible for processing & paying all invoices/subcontractors
- Processing petty cash, expenses, month-end visa reconciliations and direct debit payments.
- Reliable, trustworthy, hard-working, and conscientious person able to work in a busy office environment
- Must be based locally and have previous experience in a similar role
- Good communication skills and be able to multi-task.
- Excellent attention to detail
- Competent in Microsoft Office Word and Excel and take ownership of your own work.
- English and Maths A-C passes are also desirable.
Monday - Friday 9am - 5pm
