As an Operations Team Leader, initially the role would entail managing a team of insurance professionals, helping to drive performance and develop the regional talent. You will lead the team through periods of change (experience of this would be preferred, but not essential), all whilst leading by example and showing what good looks like amongst your peers. An assertive nature is key.
You should have experience in a regulated environment such as insurance, financial services or banking, where you will have operated an operational matrix, such as work flow and performance management, an understanding of loss ratios, KPI's, all to ensure you are driving the regional business to achieve overall objectives.
