Our client is a firm of solicitors & advisors who provide a range of legal services on a personal and professional level.
They have an exciting opening for an experienced Legal Secretary to work full time hours supporting their Residential Property team based at their Wellington office.
The role is busy and demanding, on a day to day basis, you will provide a high level of secretarial and administrative support, you will also need to be proactive and organised, with diary management skills and MS office skills.
Knowledge, experience and skills required:
· Previous relevant legal secretarial experience
Typing skills of not less than 60 wpm
Microsoft Office skills
Ability to prioritise effectively
Good organisational and communication skills
A high degree of diplomacy and confidentiality in respect of clients and clients matters
