Our client - a highly regarded regional law firm - is currently seeking a number of experienced Legal Secretaries to join them in their offices in Yeovil. There are full-time opportunities within Family, Dispute Resolution and as a ; The successful candidates will have gained at least 12 months' experience of working at a recognised legal practice, and will already have a good understanding of what's required of a Legal Secretary in a busy team. To be considered for these roles, you must possess fast, accurate audio typing skills (not less than 60 wpm) and be thoroughly conversant with the Microsoft Office suite. Knowledge of case management systems will also be ; Daily duties will include: Digital dictation to prepare correspondence and documents Diary management Opening and closing files Liaising with clients over the phone, via email and in person Other administrative duties as required It goes without saying that our client is not only looking for support staff with the right experience and skillset, but also the right personality.
