dvivo are working with an SME in Coventry in search for a Purchase Ledger Clerk to join the team on a temporary to permanent basis.

The pay for the position is flexible dependant on experience Working hours are really flexible so long as its 4 consecutive days and we are offering 20 hours per week.

The key responsibilities include:

  • Invoice processing,
  • Reconciliation work
  • Cash allocation
  • Supplier management
  • General accounts administration,
  • Support with adhoc reporting,
  • Adhoc office support,

The attributes required are;

  • Experience of working within a finance role for a minimum of 2 years
  • Willingness to work with the wider team,
  • Good communicator
  • Reliable and well mannered
