Office Assistant

This entry level role has come about due to continued expansion and will offer you the opportunity to join a supportive finance team that will give you opportunity to progress.

Who will you be working for?

Our client is a London-based craft beer specialist that is growing rapidly. They have an excellent team culture and you'll be working alongside some extremely talented people.

What will you be doing?

  • Accounts Payable including processing invoices and credit notes
  • Payment Run
  • Daily bank postings
  • Checking invoices
  • Expenses for company credit cards

About you

This is a fantastic role for someone who has a little bit of administration experience and who is excited to move into a finance role. You must have excellent interpersonal and organisation skills as well as being a team player. It would be highly desirable if you have experience using Excel.
