An exciting new opportunity to join a leading international full service digital agency based in the Glasgow office. Our client are looking for a Strategic Search Professional / Head of Search to join the marketing division. You’ll be able to demonstrate strong experience of paid & organic search and be confident of delivering integrated search strategy for a range of impressive blue chip clients. Looking for a graduate calibre search professional who has a very strong digital, SEO & PPC background. Ideally this will be from an agency perspective, but our client will look at client side candidates with the appropriate experience (corporate/blue chip). You’ll work within an established, dynamic team within a well known agency who are known for the development and investment in their staff. Day to day, you will: Undertake regular audits of the agency’s range of integrated search campaigns to identify new opportunities and develop said strategies to meet campaign objectives. Lead SEO, organic search and paid teams to deliver an effective strategy for key client accounts Budget management and analysis Oversee the implementation of strategies, produce contact reports / ROI Assist in developing and delivering achievable, engaging forecasts and targets for a range of blue chip clients across various industries Measure and work with the teams to optimise the plans on a regular and ongoing basis. Build relationships with clients, client management, building of business Keep abreast of the latest industry trends, search landscape, guidelines, and changes. Monitor and identify the best technologies to enhance the agency’s services, and to help position them as a leading player in the space. To be considered for this amazing opportunity, you will possess: A strong background in paid and organic search, you can demonstrate their effectiveness together (with case studies to demonstrate ideally) An excellent communicator, both written and verbal internally and externally An analytical thinker, with the ability to manage large datasets and provide insights into search trends A strategic thinker and forecaster An enthusiasm for digital communications, trends and innovation Ability to build great rapport with clients and internal teams Minimum 3 years’ experience within a digital marketing environment Salary range £30,000 - £40,000+ an excellent benefits package.
