Content and Marketing Executive
Eden Scott is one of Scotland's leading recruitment companies. Alongside our Eden Scott brand we also have our hugely exciting TalentSpark service which specialises in helping startups and scale ups find the key talent required to help them succeed. As thought leaders in the industry, our marketing team is a critical part of our success. From the creation of two separate brand identities, the development of industry-leading websites, and a strengthened profile throughout the press and social channels, the team has had huge success in establishing us as a market leader. A major part of continuing development this development is the new role of content creator within the team. The majority of our team is based in Edinburgh, but as we have an office in Glasgow this role could be based in either location dependent on your preference Our markets are diverse and hugely interesting, but they all have on thing in common - they look to Eden Scott, and Talent Spark, for the critical market information and wider industry discussions that help inform their hiring and talent management choices. Within our organisation, this role would involve working with the marketing, Eden Scott and TalentSpark teams to create digital content that furthers our market share and provides genuine added value to our clients and candidates. Some key elements of the role include: Creating engaging content that will attract valuable backlinks and the interest of our social media followers; Draft written content that will support each stage of the marketing funnel. Work closely with our film creators to build a library of top funnel content and conversion-level informational content; Create and deliver regular reports to senior staff; Manage existing content to maximise value; Manage the Eden Scott and TalentSpark social media channels; Build day-to-day conversations with our communities; Increase last click and attributed conversions on our website; Provide regular social media reports; and Help to design and manage events. In short, you will, along with our team of consultants, be a critical function in helping to improve our customers' social media experience with us and provide a wealth of market information, news and insight that help them better understand our place in the recruitment ecosystem and understand our value-add. The right candidate for this role will have a background in content creation and a flair for creating insightful commentary.
