About the agency

A partnership between an alcohol brand and uber, a pineapple tuk-tuk, Rita Ora kicking butt at an event, the hottest influencers driving content - it’s all in a day’s work at this agency.

One thing for sure is that you won’t be sitting at your desk working on a dull press office. You’ll be helping cement a leading vodka brand as the product of choice for city nights out, bringing summertime to life year-round and embedding this drinks brand as the go-to for fun and helping one of the fastest expanding food chains position their brand as the healthy choice.


They are a dynamic team of 16 people that are experts in youth marketing campaigns. You can expect to work on big creative strategies that are embedded in the on-trend culture.
Creativity is a democracy in this agency. Everyone is involved and upskilled in creative ideation, different points of view are heard and it’s this collaborative effort that seen them win some major brands.
The whole team is involved in the agencies direction, new business and initiatives
The MD is engaging and motivating. He comes from a wider marketing role and this means the agencies work is much more than pure PR.


About you


You will currently be at Account Director level with strong agency side experience working on major consumer brands.
Your experience & interests will be focused on tapping into culture led trends (ideally youth culture) to build brands and engage consumers.
Creativity and strategy are at the core of your experience – you will be able to show how what and why of your campaigns.

In this role, you will


Report directly into the MD and play a pivotal role in helping them to run the agency. You’ll be exposed to P&L management, operations and contribute to the agencie's direction.
Get to work on some outstanding brands. One of these is a major vodka brand that is cutting edge in their comms strategy and how they’ve cemented themselves at the heart of youth culture.
Utilise your creative and strategic skill set to your full potential. You’ll also be heavily involved in new business pitches.
