YOUR CAREER: This orthopaedic manufacturer are growing rapidly in the medical devices industry, thanks to their sales team providing a high level of service with high quality products. This is an excellent opportunity for a medical device sales rep to specialist further in the orthopaedic market place. Full product training will be provided and the potential career and earning potential is attractive.
THE ROLE: The successful Territory Sales Manager will be nurturing key clinical and commercial relationships within NHS hospitals and typically liaising with orthopaedic surgeons, theatre nurses and managers, ODPs, procurement, supplies and finance managers, and there will be a healthy mix of new and existing business. Key products in this portfolio will be shoulder implants and the related biologics. Much of this role will be spent in the theatre environment.
THE PERSON: Due to the specialist nature of this role, it is vital that candidates must have a background in the medical devices sales. Those with an orthopaedic sales background will be of an advantage, but those who have sold into a similar route to market with the passion and tenacity to succeed will do well here.
THE COMPANY: This continually growing organisation manufacture a range of orthopaedic implants including hip, knee, spine and shoulder systems. A rare and exciting opportunity currently exists for a driven, energetic and credible orthopaedics sales professional to manage and develop their North Thames sales territory. This manufacturer have recently grown 24% on the previous year, and their growth in the industry is thanks to constant product development and key relationship building.
The Package for Territory Manager:
- Basic: £35,000 to £40,000
- Bonus: £10,000 uncapped OTE
- Car: Choice of either a fully expensed company car or car allowance

Location: The position of TM will be dealing with clients through the North Thames Area including Watford, Hemel Hempstead, Enfield, Wembley, Brentwood, Romford, High Wycombe, Windsor, Reading, Slough, Bracknell
