We now have an exciting opportunity to join one of the South West's leading employers as a Group Emerging Talent Coordinator based in Exeter. The Role The Group Emerging Talent Coordinator will be responsible for the coordination and administration of a range of Emerging Talent activities including: Apprenticeships, Graduates and Work Experience as directed by the Emerging Talent Leads; as well as ensuring the development and maintenance of robust talent development processes and procedures. This role will be the first point of contact for any Emerging Talent queries and be responsible for all related administration, ensuring a high level of customer service is achieved at all times. Responsibilities will also include supporting the Leads in ensuring the development and maintenance of robust talent development tools and frameworks. The ideal Group Emerging Talent Coordinator: Knowledge of Apprenticeship Levy principles and rules Knowledge of Apprenticeship standards and training provision procurement rules Previous experience working in a fast paced, customer focused environment Confident when dealing with internal and external contacts at all levels. Experience of working in a talent / learning capacity in an equivalent size organisation. Experience of working effectively in a Centres of Expertise & Business Partnering model Demonstrable experience of data analysis and reporting Experience of providing support to meetings and events to enable them to run effectively Proven track record of developing and maintaining accurate records Working knowledge of safety and compliance requirements Rewards & Benefits: In return for your hard work as our Group Emerging Talent Coordinator, we can offer a competitive salary of £18,000 - £21,000 per annum dependent on skills and experience; plus, a range of excellent benefits, working within in a team-orientated and collaborative environment, for a company that strives to be environmentally, socially and economically sustainable.
