Information and Administration Officer

Prospectus is supporting an environmental and health-focussed charity in their search for an Information and Administration Officer to be the first point of contact for public enquiries.
The overall purpose of the role is to deliver excellent customer service whilst offering advice, signposting to further information and working with a wider network of volunteers. You will provide administrative support and oversee the day to day work of two office-based volunteers. Almost all queries come via telephone, so being a clear communicator is key. You will also be able manage record changes and keep the internal database up to date.
Full training will be provided and successful candidates will bring experience from a previous customer facing role. You will be organised, able to prioritise and comfortable with working independently.
