After moving to their new larger office in Shoreditch, this innovative online homeware brand are looking for a Senior QA Lead to own their test strategy and roadmap.
you will use your broad knowledge of testing methods and tooling to identify ways that they can improve their approach to testing, and drive change within the development team.
You'll be able to help them reduce the risk related to developers not fully understanding specifications (for instance, not defining all the different use cases effected by a change to the application).
As well as the growth of five dedicated front-office and five dedicated back-office product teams, they are undergoing a global expansion of its services. As a result, it's important to bring in a QA Manager that can work closely with their developers and product team. The Senior QA Lead will take a proactive approach to QA trying to identify problems/defects early in the SDLC.
