Our client is a national estate agents looking for an experienced 1st line Service Desk Analyst to join their Peterborough Office. The successful candidate will be able to provide support over emails as well as over the phone whilst keeping callers appraised with fault progress. Looking for a confident and driven Service Desk Analyst who has excellent attention to detail.

Looking for a 1st line support background with at least 1 or 2 years + experience will be required along with a high level of customer service to keep it personal whilst exceeding customer expectations.
