- Do you have proven experience working in a busy financial Accounts Payable team?

We are now looking to expand our team through the recruitment of a Purchase to Payment Accounts Administrator to work in our Portsmouth office.
Our Ideal Candidate
To be considered for the role of Accounts Administrator, you must have proven experience of working in a busy, deadline driven finance reconciliation role. You will have passed or are currently studying towards a formal accounting qualification i.e. AAT or ACCA, or experience of a busy AP Ledger. You will also require:
- Experience of working to deadlines & query resolution in a pressurised environment
- Working in a Multi Company/Multi Currency Environment
- Experience of working in a financial shared service environment is an advantage
- Use of Oracle Financials or another Finance system
Role Summary
Joining our team as an Accounts Administrator, you will be working as a member of the Purchase to Pay team. You will be responsible for the accurate and timely processing of supplier invoices including working with business partners to ensure payment of supplier invoices on a timely basis. Your daily responsibilities will include:
- Accurate and timely processing of accounts payable activities in accordance procedures, internal controls and within agreed SLAs
- Review and reconciliation of payables function
- Query resolution
