HEAD OF MARKETING
We have a fantastic opportunity for a Head of Marketing for an organisation based in Huntingdon. The salary is paying £50k - £60k per annum.
Job Purpose:
·To manage the Group's Marketing and PR functions.
·Co-ordinate and manage all marketing, lead generation and digital activity
·Craft marketing strategies for the retail and wholesale including:
oDeveloping and managing campaigns both B2B and B2C
oLeading and developing marketing plans
oLeading communication both internally and externally across the whole group
·Prepare and manage monthly, quarterly and annual budgets for the Marketing department
·The brand guardian across the group
·Act at all times for the exclusive benefit of the businesses and their customers
·To lead and deliver by our corporate values ensuring positive outcome for our customers and all stakeholders
·To ensure the Marketing Department adheres to the required corporate, FCA standards and regulatory bodies

Key competencies, skills and qualifications:

·Work experience as Head of Marketing
·Experience running a successful marketing department, marketing campaigns and lead generation initiatives
·Solid knowledge of current digital strategies including online campaigns
·Experience with CRM software
·Leadership skills with the ability to set and prioritize goals
·ACIM or a blend of Chartered and Degree qualifications in Marketing, PR and or relevant field
·A collaborative and innovative approach to working
·Vision and enthusiasm
·Act with integrity at all times when working with stakeholders
·Excellent people skills and emotional intelligence
·Experienced in crisis management

Main duties and responsibilities:
a) Strategic
·Gain a clear understanding of the business and its 3-year plan
·To always focus of the customer journey and how to improve the customer experience
·Devise and implement appropriate full mix plans for each business unit
·Create and develop digital strategies
·Ensure the company achieves their marketing plans
·Oversee the marketing support to all franchisees
·Provide suitable marketing support for development initiatives
·Lead events across the group
·To forecast, deliver and manage annual marketing and team budgets
·To report, monitor and mitigate any risks to the business

b) Operational
·Oversee the Public Relations services to all group companies
·Create and/ or approve advertising, communication, PR and marketing initiative for the Group
·Develop a range of marketing collateral for distribution to franchise holders
·To work with key stakeholders such as Products, franchises support, compliance and IT
·Update and maintain our online presence
·Update and maintain marketing collateral
·Produce quality PR plans and deliver the key messages
·Report on Marketing on a monthly basis
·To attend monthly Retail and Wholesale meetings

c) People and relationship management
·Oversee day-to-day running, including the management and development of staff in the marketing department.
·Manage relationships with Press and other media
·Manage and develop all key franchisee relationships
