Due to growth within our group, we are now looking to expand our marketing provision with the addition of a Digital Marketing Executive. Working alongside the Marketing Assistant you will provide support for all Sugarman brands both in the UK and Australia - a really varied and exciting opportunity for a self starter with passion and enthusiasm for marketing and communications.

RESPONSIBILITIES

* Develop and manage marketing campaigns

* Responding to feedback posted on social channels & google

* Track and analyse website traffic flow and provide regular internal reports

* Continually work on the Search Engine Optimization of Sugarman websites

* Film, edit and post videos and website article content to social pages and websites

* All design work for brochures, flyers, literature, templates,forms, website and social graphics

* Arrangement of merchandise, exhibition stands and signage

* Create online banner adverts and oversee pay per click (PPC) ad management

* Write copy for email marketing campaigns

* Working closely with all 9 divisional brands across the business to offer communications and marketing support

* Mailchimp templates for external customers

* Management of online job boards - usage, admin, reports, day to day issues

* Design and creation of internal documentation such as Candour Survey Report

* Member of charity committee & support to share messages & contribute ideas

PERSONAL SPECIFICATION

* Excellent communication skills, both verbal and written

* Educated to degree level or equivalent and/ or Previous marketing/communications experience.

* Able to work under [periodic] intense time pressure to meet required deadlines

* Discretion and trustworthiness

* A keen creative eye for design and content.

* Editing and writing skills: You need to devise and edit content for various digital platforms. Writing blog posts and news articles is an integral part of the job.

* Video editing skills. Website and social media content will not just be text but frequently visual as well.

* Strong knowledge of search engine optimisation and computer skills.

* Have a willingness to travel

* The ability to be proactive and use the initiative

* Professional and able to present yourself in a manner that best represents the business.

* Able to multitask, prioritise a demanding workload and work towards and within deadlines.

* Exceptional communication, planning & organization, productivity and time management skills

* Self-starter; Proven ability to work independently and with minimal supervision

* Able to build and maintain good client relationships, both internally and externally at all levels.

* Competent in all IT packages relevant to the role.
