Our School client based in Hertfordshire was awarded Ofsted Outstanding for Education in their latest inspection a year ago. The school offers both educational support and a residential provision for children and young people on the autism spectrum between the ages of 4 -19. They strive to provide the most suitable support required by their students to assist them with their learning and educational needs. Working with children and young adults with special educational needs comes with its challenges, and their valued staff join us knowing that to have made a positive impact on a young person’s learning development is priceless.

We are looking for:

Ten (10) Teaching Assistants (TA) required immediately for April 2019 vacancies within a Special Need School based in Hertfordshire. This school requires all successful candidates to have classroom experience of working with pupils on the autistic spectrum.

Source-Ing Education URGENTLY requires Ten (10) Teaching Assistants (TA) immediately due to recent intake of pupils within our Special Need School.

In terms of the positions available, our schools can offer immediate long term contracts from April 2019 with the roles turning into permanent contracts after 12 weeks.

To be qualified for these roles, you need to have minimum 2 years classroom experience of working as a Teaching Assistant (TA) within a primary or secondary school or special needs classroom setting. The school will welcome all applicants with less experience who have exceptional numeracy and literacy skills or are degree standard looking to go into teaching by attaining a further education degree. Ideally for some of the roles, you will have SEN experience as most of the roles are working on a 1:1 basis.
