Would you like to join a family run, multi-national company, whose employees are at the heart of all they do?

Are you an experienced multi-skilled engineer, with strong manufacturing experience?

If so, I have your next career move right here!

I am currently recruiting for an experienced engineer to join a Food Manufacturing company who are going through an extensive period of growth. The company has been operating throughout Europe for a number of years and are industry leading, in both their products and how they develop their team. They offer excellent opportunities for all levels of staff to develop and learn new skills.
As a multi-skilled engineer from a Manufacturing background, you will ideally have an electrical bias, but still be competent working on all aspects of the machinery when carrying out planned or preventative maintenance.

Some of your day to day responsibilities will include:
- Undertake tasks which require data and strong diagnostics to identify and act upon underlying root cause issues
- Review production targets and priorities and balance the lines to meet the minimal downtime
- Development of proactive fault prevention and continuous improvement activity
- Work with the team to achieve KPI targets for maintenance, line performance and waste reduction

You will be working with a team but also need the ability to put your skills to use individually also. In order to do this, the company would expect you to have gained the following skills and experiences:

- C&G (Apply online only), 2330, 2360, 2351 and 2391 Inspection and testing
- Experience in a high volume continuous production environment with plc, pneumatic control with a high mechanical aptitude and good diagnostics skill set.
- 17th edition
- Food or Beverage Manufacturing experience would be ideal

Whilst it would be desirable for you to have come from a Food Manufacturing background, it is not essentially. However, you must come from a high volume Manufacturing environment ideally in an FMCG environment. If you're ready to join a company that values you, and you have what it takes to carry out this job to the highest standards, then apply now
