Up to £20,000 + OTE + Great Benefits

The Company:

We are currently recruiting on behalf of a rapidly expanding and leading IT support provider based in Slough. They are looking to add to their sales team by adding a telesales executive to grow their ever-expanding client base.

The position of telesales executive is a newly created position and with an excellent track record of developing the brightest and best sales people, this opportunity is perfect for an ambitious and hungry candidate who is looking to kick-start their sales career in a vibrant office.

Telesales Executive Responsibilities:

* Calling prospective new clients to introduce the business and services

* Sourcing new opportunities through a range of channels

* Building and maintaining great relationships with prospects and clients

* Researching accounts, identifying key contacts and generate interest

* Schedule follow up calls

* Calling potential new clients offering the service

* Qualifying opportunities and liaising with Sales executives for development and closing

* Meeting Daily, weekly, monthly and quarterly KPIs and Targets

Telesales Executive Skills and experience:

* 12-18 months telesales experience

* Appointment setting experience and computing/ IT experience is preferable

* Experience of meeting and exceeding KPIs

* Excellent telephone manner

* Self-motivated, hungry, driven

* Must work well individually and as a member of a team

* Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
