Great opportunity for an experienced IT Service Desk Analyst, to join an ever growing company based in Peterborough.

Immediate start available for contracts min 3 months - temp to perm

1st line support. Answering incoming contacts from customers and to accurately log incidents ensuring all relevant data is captured whilst logging the incident.
Full role profile available.

Working hours - 7.5 hour working day - 0700-2100 - 37.5 hours per week shift rotation, including weekends 1 in 5/8
