Senior Estate Coordinator l Probate
Our client is a well-established estate administration company whose aim is to ensure they offer a seamless and straightforward service for customers and families in their time of need.
As a Senior Estate Coordinator, you will work as part of a team to process workflow in a timely & efficient manner. Our client provides specialist support services to anyone involved in administering estates. They are seeking a proactive, client focussed individual to join their overseas asset team in their Bristol office.
As a Senior Estate Coordinator within the overseas asset team you will focus on undertaking various tasks on behalf of the Estate Managers. Your key responsibility will be to progress the UK and overseas asset files, completing paperwork, instructing our network of partners around the world and chasing for outstanding information from share registrars and other third parties.
A key part of this role is having excellent attention to detail to ensure that paperwork is completed correctly first time, and that you use your initiative to advance files as efficiently as possible.
The Person / Essential experience;
- 1-2 years of work experience in a commercial environment
- Excellent organisational skills
- Excellent communication skills both written and verbal
- Self-motivated with ability to work independently
- Experience in the legal industry (desirable)
- Experience working with shares and/or other financial products (desirable)
