Client Profile:
Origin Multilingual is proud to announce, we are recruiting for a German speaking 2nd line technical support to join an established award winning company. This opportunity is offered on a full time and permanent basis. Our client is a leading London based company that operate across the United Kingdom and the EU.

Key Purpose
The a German speaking 2nd line technical support will be dealing with clients from Germany on a daily basis to ensure customer satisfaction is at its highest level for our clients applications. You will be in charge of offering 2nd line support in relation to for existing and new clients

Key Responsibilities:

- Fluent in both English and German
- Experience in a second line support or similar role
- Excellent communication and listening skills
- Assisting with on boarding new client set ups via skype or screen share
- Assisting with improving our current software and systems
- Ability to communicate via our telephony, email and video chat

Personal Specification
The successful candidate for the German speaking 2nd line technical support will have the following competences:

- Analytical abilities
- Ability to demonstrate use of numerical skills in previous roles
- Ability to build a rapport with all clients
- Knowledge on financial apps would be an advantage
- Previous tech support for the German market would also be advantageous
