Marketing Communications Manager
£55K - London

A game-changing startup revolutionising the world of business transformation is looking for a Marketing Communications Manager to join their team in London. Founded in November 2014, the company has roughly doubled in team size and revenue each year, as it continues on its mission to transform the way businesses facilitate organisational change.

What you'll be doing:

  • Taking ownership of key communications projects
  • Creating engaging marketing communications campaigns
  • Monitoring campaign performance, and providing reports on campaign outcomes
  • Supporting PR activities including writing press releases and helping to maintain contact
  • Writing compelling print and online content for marketing collateral
  • Contributing to social media messaging, ensuring content aligns with corporate branding

What you're great at:

This role will be a great fit if you're passionate about using your creativity to craft innovative, sustainable and efficient solutions that translate into world-class communications.

  • 5 years + experience in a similar role
  • Exceptional written and verbal communication skills
  • Experience developing and delivering world-class communications across multiple touchpoints and customer segments
  • Experience running effective social media campaigns and strategies
  • Relationship building and problem solving
  • Strong stakeholder management skills, with the ability to influence senior stakeholders and manage internal and external partnerships
