We have a great opportunity for an experienced individual to work as a Customer Success Manager in the UK on a full-time, permanent basis. Our client is a market leading organisation who offers the most advanced, integrated and insightful software tools and service within the technology and consultancy sector.

As a Customer Success Manager, you will be responsible for driving long term customer success and adoption of products with a defined set of customers. You will serve as a primary point of contact representing the customer needs and goals.

Responsibilities:

  • Ensuring customers derive maximum value and benefits with their investments
  • Continual communication with customers regarding current and upcoming product features and how these can be utilised to address their business needs
  • Developing engagement plans with account teams to ensure customer retention
  • Serving as a liaison within functions to ensure customer needs are met; coordinate with account management, support, services, product management and development
  • Identifying, prioritising and resolving customer issues; coordinate with appropriate internal departments to provide a response and/or solutions
  • Engaging with product teams and customers to ensure effective communication of product roadmaps and their influence on customer activities
  • Engaging with professional services teams to support and monitor the implementation, helping to identify solutions to issues in order to support a successful go-live
  • Ensuring consistent follow-up and on-going communication with the customer to communicate any changes, updates, or defect corrections to the solution as a result of any reported issues

Requirements:

  • Strong background in Service Delivery
  • Strong background in payroll systems/software
