Be a Hub Guide

This role is all about support participants, at the job station, with their IngeusHub account and other job station applications, as well as providing cover for the reception area as participants and visitors arrive.

In brief you will:
  • Act as the single point of contact at the hub points for any participant in resolving access and use of the virtual IngeusHub facilities.
  • Support participants in their journey to work and work with Caseworker's action plan to progress participants to improve health and work prospects.
  • Troubleshoot IngeusHub connectivity for participants.
