SF Group has been engaged on an exclusive basis to support our client during a period of exciting change for their business. We are recruiting for 2 skilled Payroll Coordinators on a Permanent basis as soon as possible. Our client, based on the outskirts of Nottingham City Centre, is keen to secure the best Payroll professionals to work within the team and take full responsibility for a range of core Weekly payroll responsibilities. Typically you will process weekly payroll and administer all relevant paperwork. With responsibility for processing high volumes your role will be busy and will also be responsible for full reconciliation of both weekly and monthly payrolls along with submitting HMRC calculations and reconciling payments. The successful candidates should already possess a fantastic work ethic as these roles are busy, demanding and offer excellent chance for future progression. You should already have payroll experience working in a high volume environment and have recent experience of processing weekly payrolls. You will need to be up to date with all legislation and have a working knowledge of all form / paperwork. Ideally you will have carried out month end procedures and will have strong IT skills. Advance knowledge of manual calculations is a must have. Intermediate understanding of TUPE processes for payroll department is also desirable.
